Add ghee, cinnamon stick, peppercorns, cloves, green cardamoms, and cumin seeds. Fry until the onions turn light golden. Add green chilies, mutton mince, garlic paste, ginger paste, Danya Jeera, Kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, curry powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes until the meat and spices blend. Add cubed potatoes and gradually pour in water. Add garlic cloves. Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and simmer on low for 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander. Yellow Lentil Rice: Ingredients: 2 cups Washed Rice 1 cup Moong Dal 4.5 cups Water 1 tablespoon cumin seeds. 1/2 sliced Onion 4 Cardamoms 1 Black Cardamom 1 Star Anise Peppercorns and Cloves 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Ghee Instructions: In a microwave-proof bowl, combine rice, moong dal, water, cumin seeds, sliced onion, cardamoms, black cardamom, star anise, peppercorns, cloves, turmeric powder, salt, and ghee. Microwave uncovered for 23 minutes, then cover for the final 2 minutes. Additional Fry mini poppadom's for added crunch.
