Cream Filling Heat the milk with sugar in a saucepan. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold milk, then add it to the warm milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and add butter, white chocolate, and vanilla extract. Stir until completely melted and smooth. Let cool until lukewarm. 2. Biscuits Briefly dip each tea biscuit into milk, then roll it in desiccated coconut. 3. Assembling Arrange the biscuits on a plate or tray and sandwich them together with the cream filling. 4. Decoration Spread chocolate spread or apricot jam on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts or candied lemon peel. 5. Chilling Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours until set.
