The first episode's goofier midis put me in a good mood. CityWoman Choir, Race Against Time, Imperial Solutions, etc. Classics of pcorf. Ep 2 follows it up with the equally goofy Banjo Lover's Delight, but my favorite from that bunch would have to be Viva la Crypt. The album really picks up with Ep 3 though. Spirit World II, Feel the Pain, Gunshot Dance, and the others are all great tracks that evoke different emotions from me. Although my favorite from that episode and probably the whole wad would be Backfire. In the final episode the tone of the midis become more brooding with Medieval Maniac, Dark Corner of Fear, and especially Hot Ash, which is the primary midi I used for balancing the Recorder instrument. Very difficult to get right there. It's hard to put in to words exactly what vibe that midi has but I can say it fits that name and the map extremely well. Moonrise is probably my other favorite, with both that track and its map being a total black sheep in this wad. I used to hate the bagpipe section but I think it sounds a lot less abrasive in my font. @pcorf I hope this does the wad justice better than it ever has previously. Let me know if you'd like me to give the same treatment to the unused tracks you posted recently. 2022 ado will be coming up next anyways.
