Oats are very good source of iron and rich in fiber. This oats dosa is made up with the fermented dosa batter. No rice added yet tastes delicious and healthy. Step by step recipe video in hindi also ( हिंदी रेसिपी ) Written recipe has given below OR check here for recipe: https://wp.me/p8ftcT-gs WRITTEN RECIPE:- INGREDIENTS: 1. 1 cup, Oats 2. 1/2 cup urad dal / split black gram 3. 1 tbsp chana dal 4. 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds 5. salt to taste METHODS: 1. In a bowl add urad dal, chana dal, fenugreek seeds. 2. Wash and soak for 5 hours. 3. In another bowl add oats. Soak for 1/2 hour. 4. After 5 hours drain soaked urad dal. If needed use drained water while grinding. 5. Grind oats. Transfer to a big bowl. 6. Then grind urad dal. Combine together grinded oats and urad dal. 7. Ferment for 8-10 hours. 8. Mix fermented batter gently. 9. Take the required batter in another bowl. Remaining better can be refrigerate. 10. Before making dosa add salt and mix gently. 11. Heat pan on medium heat. Sprinkle some oil. Wipe out. Then immediatley sprinkle some water. Wipe out. 12. Then pour ladleful of batter at the center of pan. Spread in circular motion. Sprinkle some oil on top of dosa. 13. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bottom side turns golden brown. 14. Serve with sambar and chutney.
