This behind-the-scenes video was filmed during a live broadcast of Radio Rewind with Dylan at the historic Coco Palms Resort in Kaua‘i, the very spot where Elvis Presley filmed Blue Hawaii. My special guest that day was Larry Rivera, the heart and soul of the Coco Palms, where he performed for more than 50 years. Larry wasn’t just a guest on my show, he became a dear friend. We stayed in touch until his passing, and I still feel the loss of his voice, his laughter, and his warmth. He was Ohana and anyone who ever met him knows what a rare gift his presence was. I miss you Uncle Larry! Also joining us that day was Bob Jasper, Tour Director at the Coco Palms.
