Me and @BackpackwithJo decided to start todays adventure with some nature and sightseeing - however, after a while we decided to face our fears and climb the notorious Ambuluwawa Tower in Central Sri Lanka. This tower is perched on Ambuluwawa mountain, as it looks out to some spectacular views! However, it was one of the scariest climbs I've ever done! If you have a fear of heights this one may NOT be for YOU. As you climb, the towers' spiral staircase gets narrower and narrower until barely one person can fit through.....on top of that, the barrier to almost certain death is only waist height! rThis one is for the adrenaline junkies!
