In this video, I did a session of 5 x 1 Mile at about my 5K-10K effort with the first 2 in the Hoka Rocket X2 and the last 3 in the Nike Vaporfly 3 to give myself a good workout and to try and see which shoe works best for me. I did the session at Bentley in East Hampshire, UK and used the Milestone at Bentley and the next one at Froyle to give myself a mile route.
