Chicken 65 | Chicken 65 Recipe | Hot & Spicy Chicken 65 | Restaurant Style Chicken 65 Recipe | How to make Chicken 65 Ingredients for Chicken 65: chicken small pieces- 350 gms For the marination: Salt- 1 tbs Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1 tbs Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder- 1 tbs Garam masala- 1 tsp Corn flour- 2 tbs Rice powder- 1 tbs Lemon juice- 2 tsp Egg - 1 no Other Ingredients: Garlic chopped- 2 tbs Green chillies cut and slit- 3 nos Curry leaves- 10- 15 leaves Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp cooking oil- 350 ml Red chilli sauce - 1 tbs Red chilli dried -2 nos Cumin- 1 tsp Preparation: Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken pieces with the items indicated. Set aside for 1 hour in room temperature. Chop the garlic cloves, cut & slit the green chillies. Process: Heat oil & once the oil is medium hot, drop the breaded chicken pieces one at a time and fry in batches, to not crowd the pan. Keep stirring to fry uniformly for 4-5 mins and remove once golden brown and cooked through. Fry in batches if needed. For the tempering, heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok/kadhai. Add the chopped garlic, slit green chillies and red chilli Mix and sauté on medium heat for around 1 min. Add curry leves mix well Add red chilli sauce mix well, sprinkle some water, mix well and saute for 1 min. Add the fried chicken pieces and give a mix and fry on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
