London's "Little India" We went to Sohail's Charcoal Kebab Centre get to an authentic vegetarian curry; even though Chana Paneer is not on the regular menu, the chef was very accommodating and made it specially for us. INGREDIENTS USED: (you can adjust the quantity according to taste & requirements) : Vegetable Oil. Onion and Tomato Gravy Paste (a secret recipe). Dry Kastoori Methi. Jeera / Cumin powder. Salt. Chilli Powder. Pre-boiled chickpeas (Channa). Cubes of chargrilled Paneer Tikka chunks. Garlic Water. Cream. Lemon Juice. Garnished with freshly chopped green coriander & sliced white onion. All wok stir fried together on a high heat. We had the curry with freshly made Garlic Butter Naan bread. Served with a mint sauce and chilli sauce and fresh salad.
