Refreshing Watermelon Mousse | A Perfect Dessert to Share with Family & Friends

Watermelon Mousse - Watermelons are a refreshing treat during summer. This fruit has loads of water content and with every bite of it , you feel hydrated. Besides being power packed with nutrients , this fruit is such a delightful treat for all. It is crunchy and sweet and super yum. We usually cut and eat watermelons and also make some juice out of it on a daily basis, when we get it from the market during the summers . But, sometimes variety is needed. So did you know this fruit could be used to make a healthy and delicious dessert as well? Yes, am talking about the watermelon mousse. So let's straight away take a look at the ingredients : Watermelon chopped into cubes- 3 cups . 1/4 th cup granulated sugar. 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/2 tablespoon gelatin. For the whipped cream frosting, we need- 1 cup of chilled heavy whipping cream. 1/4th cup confectioners sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract. 1/2 of the whipped cream will be used in making the watermelon mousse. The remaining 1/2 will be used as frosting. So we will add little cream cheese to the remaining part to stabilize it. Follow the procedure in the video, to understand how to make it.
