Beat the egg york, whole egg, salt, oil, until well combined and divide it into 2 equal portions. 2. Add in coffee concentrate & shift in 42gm of cake flour into one of the mixture, mix it until smooth and well combined, put aside. 3. Add in chocolate concentrate & shift in 41gm of cake flour into the remaining mixture, mix it until smooth and well combined, put aside. 4. Beat egg white + lemon juice + castor sugar until stiff peak 5. Divide it into 2 equal portions. 6. Take one portion of the meringue add into the coffee batter fold gentle and make sure all are combined and no more batter can be seen. 7. Follow by remaining portion add into the chocolate batter fold gentle and make sure all are combined and no more batter can be seen. 8. Pour the chocolate mixture into the 7"pan wrapped with aluminium foil and follow by coffee mixture then try to get rid of the air by lightly tapping the pan. 9. Put pan into a larger pan half-filled with hot water. Bake with preheated oven at 160'C for 75 mins or until baked. 10. Once baked, remove from the pan immediately, and let it cool.
