A circuit based barre all body resistance workout. We are learning our Barre ABCs - Arms, Base (booty & legs) and Core. The workout comprises of 5 rounds which you will do 3 times and each round has 3 exercises (a,b,c) which you do for 40secs on and 20secs rest between exercises or the next round (please take a slightly longer break mid-way for water). This video is a demonstration of the exercises and it will take you between 45-50mins to complete. All you need is a mat but feel free to add weights or a resistance band.
