Make this One bite Papri Chaat today in Iftar and share your feedback with us. #ShanChaatMasala #KhushiyanChakhLo #SooperChef Papri Chaat Ingredients for Papri: All-purpose flour 2 cups Salt 1 tsp Water as required Ingredients for Imli Chutney: Tamarind pulp 1 cup Cumin seeds 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Sugar 1 tbsp Ingredients for green chutney: Green coriander 1 cup Mint leaves 3 tbsp Green chilies 2-3 Salt 1/2 tsp Water as required Ingredients for Chaat: Potatoes (boiled and cubes) 2 cups Tomatoes (chopped) 1/2 cup Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp Shaan Chaat Masala 2-3 tbsp Green coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp Imli chutney 1 cup Ingredients for Sweet Yogurt: Yogurt 1 cup Icing sugar 2 tbsp Ingredients for Assembling: Papri as required Chaat as required Sweet yogurt as required Green chutney as required Pomegranate as required Sev as required Shan Chaat Masala as required Mint leaves as required Directions for Papri Preparation: 1. In a bowl add flour, salt and mix well. Now add water and knead a soft dough. Cover with damp cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. 2. Take the dough and divide it into 4 parts. 3. Take the dough ball and roll out into flat circle. Prick with fork all over the flattened dough. 4. Cut into small circles and set aside. 5. In a deep pan heat oil and deep fry them until crispy and golden brown. Your papri is done. Directions for Imli Chutney Preparation: 6. In a glass jar add tamarind pulp, cumin seeds, salt, sugar and blend well into smooth paste. Your imli chutney is ready. Directions for Green Chutney Preparation: 7. In a glass jar green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, salt, water and blend well into smooth paste. Your green chutney is ready. Directions for Chaat Preparation: 8. In a bowl add potatoes, tomatoes, onion, green chilies, shan chaat masala, green chilies, green coriander, imli chutney and mix well. Your chaat is ready. Directions for Sweet Yogurt Preparation: 9. In a bowl add yogurt, icing sugar and mix well. your sweet yogurt is ready. Directions for Assembling: 10. In a dish place prepared papri, top them with chaat, sweet yogurt, green chutney, sev, pomegranate, mint leaves, chaat masala and serve. 11. Your Papri Chaat is ready. Preparation time: 20-25 minutes Cooking time: 35-40 minutes Serving: 5-6
