BSc 3rd year Botany 5th Semester 2nd Paper all videos link 👇🏻 • BSc 3rd year Botany 5th Sem 2nd Paper Welcome to my educational video on “Genetic Engineering: Principles and Techniques.” I will explain the fundamental concepts and working methods of genetic engineering in a simple and clear way. Genetic Engineering is one of the most revolutionary fields in modern biology. It involves the direct manipulation of an organism’s genes using biotechnology to alter its characteristics or functions. Through this scientific technique, scientists can modify DNA sequences to produce desired traits in plants, animals, and even humans. The principles of genetic engineering are based on understanding DNA structure, gene expression, and molecular biology. In this video, I discuss how recombinant DNA technology plays a vital role in genetic modification. You will learn about the key steps involved in genetic engineering — isolation of DNA, cutting DNA with restriction enzymes, insertion of the desired gene into a vector (like a plasmid), transferring it into a host organism, and finally, selecting and expressing the new trait. Genetic engineering has numerous applications — from producing insulin, vaccines, and genetically modified crops to advancing gene therapy and disease resistance in living organisms. It has transformed the fields of medicine, agriculture, and environmental science. My goal through this video is to make the concept of genetic engineering easy to understand for students and learners who wish to explore biotechnology in depth. By the end of this session, you’ll have a clear idea of how genetic manipulation works and why it holds such great potential for the future of science. #GeneticEngineering #Biotechnology #DNA #ScienceEducation #GeneticModification #AshishGiri #EducationalVideo #LearningBiology #MScTeacher #ScienceExplained
