LTK post with all links: https://liketk.it/4jP05 More Kitchen appliance favorites: https://liketk.it/4jP0I Because not everyone is always considered on a “health” journey, I wanted to wanted to share both macro friendly and just regular, delicious meals! One tip to make meals more “macro friendly” is to swap out higher calorie, high fat or high carb ingredients for something lower. For example- a slice of bread could be 150 calories, but swap with Sarah lee 45 calorie bread and BOOM you saved 105 calories! I also try to add extra protein to each meal whether that’s by adding protein powder or extra meat! Those little swaps really go a long way! 👇🏻RECIPES👇🏻 CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP ingredients 3 chicken breasts, 1 can of drained and rinsed black beans 1 can drained corn 1 can diced tomatoes 4oz mild green chilis 1 pack taco seasoning 32 oz chicken broth First place your chicken in the crock pot and dump the pack of taco seasoning on top. Then add in all the other ingredients. Top it off with the chicken broth and set it to high for 4 hours. When there’s about 30 minutes left, remove the chicken and shred with a fork. Place it back inside and add 1 cup cream and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Cook an additional 30 min or until cheese is fully melted ———————————————————- CHICKEN POT PIE 3 chicken breasts 1lb frozen mixed veggies one or two diced potatoes 1 chopped onion 2 cream of chicken (or 1 mushroom and 1 chicken) 32 oz chicken broth. Pillsbury biscuits To start mix 1 cup chicken broth in a bowl with your cream of chicken Spray your crock pot then place the chicken inside and add the potatoes, onions and the mixture on top. (Set the veggies aside for later!) Place on high for 4 hours. One hour before you’re ready to eat, pour in your frozen veggies. Stir it around and let it keep going for another hour. Right before it’s time to eat I placed some pillsbury bisquites into the oven. I cut them into 4ths to make these little triangles. Keep an eye on them but they take about as long as it says on the instructions Before serving take the chicken out and shred and place back into the pot, and low you’re ready to serve! ———————————————————- Speedi ROAST & POTATOES ingredients: (amount will depend on your preference) Chuck roast Celery Potatoes Carrots 32 oz Beef broth seasoning your roast with preferred seasoning (I used Cut up potatoes and celery Place roast in speedi and dump in beef broth then dump in all the veggies. Make sure the dial is on rapid cooker and not air fry, and then set the temperature to 350 and select “steam and bake” I’m setting the time to 30 minutes and I’ll keep peeking on it in between that time. You can keep it in for an hour if necessary but I don’t like it to be too well done. ———————————————————- AIR FRIED CHICKEN AND VEGGIES 2 chicken breasts chopped up here 1 zucchini 1 red and green pepper broccoli 1 onion 2 TBSP of olive oil Seasoning of choice mix everything up together in a large bowl before and add the olive oil along with any other seasoning to get a good layer on everything. Select air fry 350 12- 15 minutes ———————————————————- Ninja creami: BROWNIE BATTER PROTEIN ICE CREAM: (10% off clean simple eats protein- https://glnk.io/34zm/ashleyh) 1 scoop protein 1 tbsp sugar free chocolate pudding 1 cup fairlife chocolate milk Add to ninja freezer container, mix well and freeze overnight Add to processor container and select “light ice cream” Add 1/2 tbsp of chocolate milk to make more creamy, and “respin” Add in crumbs of brownie and “mix in” ———————————————————- PUMPKIN PIE PROTEIN ICE CREAM 1 scoop pumpkin protein https://glnk.io/34zm/ashleyh 1 tbsp sugar free cheese cake pudding 1 cup fairlife milk Add to ninja freezer container, mix well and freeze overnight Add to processor container and select “light ice cream” Add 1/2 tbsp of milk to make more creamy, and “respin” Add in a square of Graham cracker and “mix in” CHECK COMMENTS FOR BREAKFAST RECIPES!
