KFC Style Chicken Servings - 5 INGREDIENTS All purpose flour - 80 grams Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon Mixed herbs - 1/2 teaspoon Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons Ketchup - 1 tablespoon Mustard sauce - 1 tablespoon Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon Salt - 1/8 teaspoon Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon Parsley - 1 teaspoon Chicken breast - 500 grams Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon Paprika - 1 teaspoon Mixed herbs - 1 teaspoon Vinegar - 1 teaspoon Milk - 30 milliliters Cold water - 600 milliliters Oil - for frying PREPARATION 1. In a dish, add 80 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs. Mix well and keep aside. 2. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 tablespoon mustard sauce, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon parsley. Mix well and keep aside. 3. Place 500 grams chicken breast on a board. Cut into small pieces and transfer to a bowl. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, 1 teaspoon vinegar, and 30 milliliters milk. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes. 4. Once marinated, coat the chicken pieces in the prepared flour mixture. Dip them into cold water, then coat again with the flour mixture. 5. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet. Deep fry them until golden brown and crispy. Drain on absorbent paper.. 6. Serve hot with the prepared dip.
