The AMVT-1 automatic vacuum leak tester is specially designed for testing the sealing performance of containers such as vials, bottles, caps and cans made of glass, plastic, aluminum or other metal materials. The instrument is equipped with software, user-friendly operation interface design, real-time display of measurement data curve during the measurement process, so that the operation process is more intuitively and simply. Measuring principle: AMVT-1 automatic vacuum leak tester tests the sealing performance of samples by the vacuum difference. The sample will be placed in the test chamber, then the instrument generates the vacuum to make the test chamber reach a target vacuum level and hold it for a predefined period. The vacuum difference in the test chamber will be monitored during the holding process. The maximum vacuum difference will be compared with the set threshold, then the sealing performance of the sample under vacuum condition will be judged automatically.
