(1T = rice spoon) Seasoned cabbage 1.2kg, tangerine 1.2kg, pear 230g, radish 100g, onion 85g, garlic 40g, ginger 4g, saeu-jeot (salted shrimp) 1T (20g), water 300ml + 500ml + 600ml, salt 4T (60g). 1: salt 6T (110g) + 2T (30g), water 500ml ✨ Tangerine seasoned cabbage water kimchi. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.) 1. Cut the seasoned cabbage into quarters and wash. 2. Sprinkle 6T (110g) salt evenly over the stem and core of the seasoned cabbage. 3. Add 500ml water and 2T (30g) salt and dissolve. 4. Pour salt water over seasoned cabbage and marinate for 1 hour. 5. Turn over after 1 hour. Marinate for 1 hour. 6. Rinse seasoned cabbage in water after 1 hour. Place in a strainer and leave for 1 hour. 7. Slice radish, pear, and onion. 8. Add 15 tangerines (1.2 kg after cleaning) to a blender and grind finely. 9. Strain. 10 Add 230g of pear, 100g of radish, 85g of onion, 40g of garlic, 4g of ginger, 1T (20g) of saeu-jeot (salted shrimp), and 300ml of water to a blender and grind finely. 11. Pour through a strainer and remove the dried ingredients. 12. Pour 500ml of water (mineral water) over the dried ingredients and rinse. Discard the dried ingredients. 13. Add 600ml of water (raw water), 4T (60g) of salt and mix. 14. Trim the dirty core of the seasoned cabbage that has been left for 1 hour. 15. Squeeze the water so that it does not flow and put it in a container. 16. Pour the seasoning on top. 17. Press it so that it does not float, close the lid, and cook it at room temperature.
