Yoga for Hips, Heart & Core is a full body yoga flow, vinyasa style class. In only 45 minutes, you'll open, stretch, strengthen and awaken your core, heart center, and hip flexors. You'll also be lead safely through some great twisting poses, and a couple variations of triangle pose. Of course, you'll complete the yoga class with Savasana. What You’ll Experience in This Practice: → Twisting poses to remove internal tension → Heart-opening yoga poses and mindful vinyasa flow → Hip Stretches for Flexibility and Mobility → Breath awareness for centering and emotional release → Strengthening and stretching for full-body care → A well designed challenging practice to support emotional, mental & energetic awareness and ease.
