The New Moon peaks Tuesday, February 17th at 7:01am ET, bringing a solar eclipse and officially opening eclipse season along the Aquarius–Leo axis. This energy can feel activating, uncomfortable, or clarifying all at once — inviting us to release what no longer fits and move forward with courage, clarity, and self-trust. This new moon is supercharged due to the solar eclipse paired with the beginning of the Year of the Fire Horse. This practice is about listening to your body and feeling your way through the poses.
