Athletes with spinning and exercise bikes without ANT+ compatibility can use the app too and enjoy riding with all the important cycling data displayed during the training session. Learn more about our training app 'Open Road' and sign up for your free ride on our website: http://bikethe.world About Superbagnères from Luchon: The ride to Superbagnères is a classic climb that attracts many cycling connoisseurs. With only a handful of Tour de France stage finishes, this is one of the secret cycling gems in the Pyrenees. Many have this climb listed as one of their favorites in the Pyrenees. Why? It is one of the few places which combines great cycling history (stage wins by iconic riders such as Greg LeMond, Bernard Hinault, Federico Bahamontes and Robert Millar), quiet roads with few cars and mesmerizing views. The ride starts in the classic Tour de France town Bagnères-de-Luchon. From here you don’t have to ride for a long time before you get wonderful views of the highest mountains in the Pyrenees. You will almost be surrounded by peaks higher than 3000 meters. As you pass the tree line you will have unobstructed and stunning views of the Pyrenees. Despite the beauty of this climb, it should not be underestimated. It is a difficult ‘hors catégorie’ climb with segments of double-digit gradients. But when it comes to music opinions are very mixed. This is why we do not add music to our rides. We simply do not want to spoil your ride with music you do not like. But it is quite simple to add it yourself. Open an extra browser tab. Find a site that offers music (Spotify, YouTube, etc…) and pick the music you like and enjoy the ride...
