Make your lunch, dinner, or weekend special with these mouthwatering recipes straight from your favorite kitchen show. 😍🔥 👩🍳 Chef: Shireen Anwar 📺 Show: Masala Mornings 📅 Air Date: 1 September 2025 📍 Only on Masala TV | Hum Masala | Hum Network PRAWN GREEN MASALA BIRYANI Ingredients Cleaned prawns 1 kg Basmati rice 750 gm Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Turmeric ½ tsp Salt 1 ½ tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Allspice 1 ½ tsp METHOD Marinate prawns with all this given masala for 2 hours. Boil rice with few green chilies, few curry leaves, one bay leaf, black cumin ½ tsp, whole spices 1 tbsp, salt 2 tbsp till rice ¾ done. Heat oil in a pan, add marinated prawns, allspice, green masala, cook well for 10 mins. Now put boiled rice on top, put few green chilies on top with few curry leaves, keep it on dum, put heavy bottom tawa down the pan, cook on high flame for 5 mins, then low flame for 10 mins, serve with raita. Ingredients for Green Masala Capsicum 2 Green chilies 15 Brown onion 4 tbsp Yogurt 1 cup Salt 2 tsp Kasuri fenugreek 1 tsp Coriander leaves ground ½ cup Mint ground ¼ cup Green color few drops METHOD FOR GREEN MASALA Blend all together and keep aside. CHEESY PERI PERI CHICKEN WINGS Ingredients Chicken wings 1 kg Salt 1 tsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Other Ingredients Onion 1 Red bell pepper 1 Garlic 6 cloves Green chilies 2 Paprika 2 tsp Mixed herbs 1 tsp Oil ¼ cup Mustard paste 1 tbsp METHOD Blend all these to fine paste and marinate chicken wings in it for at least 2 hours, remove wings from marination, give dum of coal.
