Competitive Pokemon Singles in ADV OU is a world where Swampert reigns supreme as the most popular defensive Pokemon. It can go toe to toe with the formats strongest Physical threats, including Tyranitar, Metagross, Aerodactyl and Salamence. Swampert can even be used an offensive Mixed threat and a Hyper Offense enables with Endeavor. This is perhaps my favourite Defensive Pokemon of all time with its great balance of Reliability, Versatility and Exploitable Weaknesses. It's presence contributes greatly to the health of Gen 3 OU's metagame. Advanced Overused. Gen 3 OU. Generation 3 OU Smogon. All of these ways to refer to the same format are just epic.
