Traditional And Perfect Way of Making Jodhpuri Mirchi Vada|ऐसे बनाये जोधपुरी मिर्ची वड़े/बड़े |By Rj Payal’s Kitchen Click On Subscribe button for more such recipes: - / @rjpayalskitchen Like Us On Facebook :- / rjpayalskitchen Follow us on twitter :- / rjpayalkitchen Follow us on Instagram :- / rjpayal Learn how to Perfect Jodhpuri Mirchi Vade/Bade Rajasthan is full of food varieties and Jodhpuri Mirchi Vada is one of them.You will find so many mirchi vada recipes but there is a lot of difference between jodhpur’s and any other michi vada.spicy and tangy masala in every bite will give you an amazing feeling ..so lets check out the recipe Ingredients for Jodhpuri mirchi vada Big and long Green chillies for vadas For Masala Oil 4-5 Tablespoon Cumin seeds 1 tsp A pinch of hing (asafetida) Chopped onions 2 Grated ginger 1 inch 1 chopped green chilli Turmeric powder ½ tsp Redchilli powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Salt Mango powder 1 ½ tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Chaat masala 1 tsp Boiled and mashed potatoes (aloo) 3 Coriander leaves Oil for frying For Batter Gram flour (besan) 1 cup Salt Redchilli powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Garam masala ½ tsp Mango powder ½ tsp Water Method of making Jodhpuri mirchi vada Step 1:- Slit green chillies and take out all the seeds and keep them aside Step 2:- For Masala :- Put 4-5 tbsp oil in a pan followed by cumin seeds,asafetida and onions sauté for 2 minutes or till onions gets soft Step 3:- Put ginger and chopped green chilli sauté for 1 minute Step 4:- Add Potatoes mix ..add turmeric powder ,redchilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder salt and mix Step 5:- Add garam masala,chaat masala and mango powder mix and in the last add coriander leaves now keep this masala aside Method of making batter Step 1:- Take gram flour in a bowl followed by salt, redchilli powder,Mango powder,garam masala Mix and with the help of water make thick batter Method of making Mirchi Vada Take the slit green chillies ,fill masala inside and outside as shown in video dip in batter and deep fry on medium flame Tips 1:- Do not cut the stem of Big green chillies (mirchi) 2. Do not over mash the boiled potatoes (keep them a bit thick) 3.Make a thick batter of gram flour so that you get the perfect layer 4. Fry vadas in hot oil but medium flame
