These are likely some of the last remaining non-upgraded KYTC-maintained traffic lights in Kentucky. In 2005 the state went on a project to upgrade all incandescent signals with LED lights, and it was pretty much completed by 2010. So, seeing a signal that still has incandescent bulbs 20 years after the mandate is pretty neat. I only got videos of two of the four sets of signals. I will probably be coming back here to get more thorough footage of this intersection, as this visit was more of a quick side-quest (plus there was still snow everywhere making it pretty hard to record). Every signal here has at least one LED module in it, but they have not upgraded the entire intersection yet. These signals are located at the intersection of Thomas More Parkway and Centre View Boulevard in Crestview Hills, Kentucky.
