Let's explore the palette of reds and oranges in these beautiful flowers and see how light makes those colors glow. The demo is painting on a piece of light brown Pastelmat paper. It's a smoother surface than many other abrasive paper for pastels, which allows for more crisp marks and detail if that's your style.
