We had predictive AI - Google Maps telling you how to get from A to B while dodging roadworks. Then came generative AI, when you could create NFTs quicker. And now we're in the age of agentic AI - setting tasks and letting little programs we call "agents" go out and complete them, using artificial intelligence to do it, as Frank Sinatra (or Burger King) might say, My Way. AI agents work fast, and always. And they love the really boring stuff; after all, it's all pattern matching and that's what we humans find dull. Finally we can do the stuff we enjoy, which in the case of hotels is delivering amazing guest experiences.
