Recipes: ➡Caramel Banana Pancakes Pancakes 1 cup flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1 - 2 tbsp brown sugar 1/4 tsp of salt 1 cup of plant milk (I used oat milk) Combine all the dry ingredients with a whisk and slowly pour in the milk while whisking. Let the batter rest for 5 mins before making the pancakes Caramelized Bananas 1 banana 2 tbsp of vegan butter 2-3 tbsp of brown sugar Add the butter to a skillet over low-medium heat. Once melted, add in the brown sugar. Stir for 2-3 mins and add in the sliced bananas. Cook, stirring frequently for 5 mins until caramelized on both sides ➡Cranberry and Vegan Bacon Salad 1 1/2 cup of Shredded Brussel sprouts 1 cup of lettuce 1 tsp of olive oil 2 tbsp of diced red onions 1/2 cup of sliced cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup of diced cucumbers 1/4 cup of dried cranberries 1/4 cup of cooked vegan bacon, cut/broken into tiny pieces 1 garlic clove, minced 1/4 tsp of lemon zest Your preferred salad dressing Add the shredded Brussels sprouts and spinach to a bowl. Add 1 tsp of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Massage together. Next add all the toppings and serve with your favorite salad dressing and top with a sprinkle of vegan parmesan ➡Chickpea Caesar Wrap 1/2 cup of canned chickpeas cooked on the stove in 1 - 2 tsp of olive oil and seasoned to taste with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. 1 burrito sized tortilla wrap 3 tbsp of vegan Caesar salad dressing - • VEGAN FOOD VLOG: What I Eat In A Week 008|... 1 cup of spinach Sliced red onions Cherry tomatoes halved ➡Red Beans & Rice 2 cans of red kidney beans (I used one can but would suggest adding a second) 2 tbsp of olive oil 1/2 of green bell pepper, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 celery stalks, diced 1/4 cup of yellow onions, diced 1 tsp of dried thyme 1/2 tsp of celery salt 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika 1/2 tsp of oregano 1 tbsp of garlic powder 2 tsp of Better than Bouillon vegetable base 2 1/2 - 2 3/4 cup of water 1 bay leaf Green Smoothie 1 apple, cut 1 cup of plant milk (or more, if needed) 1 cup of frozen kale 2 handfuls of fresh spinach 3/4 - 1 banana 1 cup of frozen peaches 1/4 cup of plain, dairy-free yogurt
