Each session trains one core skill: sync your inhale with English rhythm — so intonation, stress, and natural flow sink into your body automatically, without translation. 🌬️ How to Practice (Follow Every Session) Step 1 — Prepare (1–2 sec) Gently tighten your lower belly → breathe out slowly through your nose → clear your mind. Step 2 — [INHALE] Listen (5–6 sec) The moment the balloon inflates → take a sharp sniff through your nose → drink in the English sound. Hold the belly tension → let air escape slowly → feel the rhythm echoing in your body. Step 3 — Relax & Repeat (2–3 sec) Release belly tension → breathe naturally → repeat the same sentence → move to the next. 💡 Pro tip: Place both hands on the sides of your lower belly. Press gently on the inhale to feel the pressure shift. This is very important! 🔑 Two rules, every time: Mouth closed — nose only Breath pressure stays in your lower belly 🎯 Your Only Job This Session: Don't chase meaning. Don't translate.
