In todays movement nugget we take a look at mountain climbers only that instead of doing this exercise as most might know it on the ground we are taking it to the wall. Especially the floating component that one can get in this exercise where it almost feels like a handstand but not quite yet is a real fun sparkle that involves more of a balancing act and where can also challange oneself to float longer or not so long depending on range of motion and stability in the shouldergirdl, balance and the personal dayly level of a bit creazy in the most positive sense possible. Despite all that it also includes a cardio element due to the dynamic which is both fun and also potentially challanging as with the added twist of being upside down a lot of blood goes into the head which makes it a good idea to slowly recover out of the pose once one has done a couple of repetitions.
