You know those really tasty but expensive smoothie mixes you can buy at the store and then blend with apple juice? Well I'm making homemade versions of these! I used (about) 160 grams of strawberries 45 grams of banana 45 grams of plain non-fat greek yogurt These turned out really good and keep really well. I've made two about two weeks apart and they should last for a month or two before I wouldn't use them anymore. If you want a sweeter smoothie I'd use a more banana than I used. Or you could add in some coconut for an added flavor! Also I'd cut up your chunks a little smaller than I did here as the blender took some time to catch them all.
