Muscle Imbalance: Spasticity in muscles like the psoas or adductors. 2. Bone Deformities: Femoral anteversion or tibial torsion. Treatment 1. Physical Therapy: Stretching and strengthening exercises. 2. Orthotics: Ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs) or other devices. 3. Botox Injections: To reduce muscle spasticity. 4.
