Betty demonstrates how to make Prosciutto-Wrapped Melon Slices. These are easy and delicious, and they will be a hit on your Easter dinner table! Prosciutto-Wrapped Melon Slices 1 honeydew melon, cut in half, seeded and peeled, then sliced into desired number of slices (I used only half of a honeydew melon, cut into 8 equal slices.) prosciutto, cut into 1-inch strips, as needed (This is an Italian-style, thinly-sliced ham that you can find at the deli meat section of your supermarket. I used 1 strip per slice of melon.) a few cilantro leaves for garnish 1 split strawberry for garnish Wrap each slice of honeydew melon with 1 strip of prosciutto, keeping it snug. Fasten at ends with toothpicks, if needed. Place in a design on a nice serving plate. Garnish with cilantro leaves and 1 split strawberry in the center of the plate.
