DOUGH 430 G - 3 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 150 ML - 10 TBSP WARM MILK 65 G - 1/4 CUP SUGAR 112 G - 1/2 CUP SOFT BUTTER 1 WHOLE EGG 3 EGG YOLKS 2 TSP DRY ACTIVE YEAST 1 TSP SALT FILLING 4 TBSP SUGAR 1 TBSP CINNAMON 1 1/2 TBSP MELTED BUTTER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE CREAM 20 G - 1 1/2 TBSP MELTED BUTTER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE 90 G - 6 TBSP CREAM CHEESE 20 G - 2 1/2 TBSP ICING SUGAR 3 TSP MILK MILK FOR COATING -PUT THE DRY ACTIVE YEAST IN A STAND MIXER BOWL,ADD HALF OF THE SUGAR AND THE WARM MILK,MIX WELL AND THEN COVER WITH CLING WRAP, SET ASIDE FOR 10 MINUTES TO ACTIVATE THE YEAST -ADD THE FLOUR,REMAINING SUGAR, THE EGG AND THE YOLKS, SOFT BUTTER, MIX FOR 30 SECONDS AND THEN ADD SALT MIX FOR 14 MINUTES ON SPEED 2 -MAKE A SMALL BALL PUT IN A GREASED BOWL, COVER WITH CLING WRAP LET IT RISE FOR 2 HOURS -PUNCH OUT THE AIR FROM THE DOUGH, PUT ON A FLOURED SURFACE AND SPRINKLE FLOUR ONTO THE DOUGH, ROLL OUT THE DOUGH INTO A 50CM RECTANGLE, BRUSH OFF THE EXCESS FLOUR FROM THE DOUGH, SPREAD OUT THE MELTED BUTTER ONTO THE DOUGH -MIX THE SUGAR WITH CINNAMON POWDER IN A SMALL BOWL, SPRINKLE ON THE DOUGH -ROLL TIGHTLY, BY GENTLY PULLING THE DOUGH BACKWARDS AND THEN ROLLING -CUT INTO 12 EQUAL PIECES -PUT ON A LINED TRAY ,COVER WITH CLING WRAP, LET THEM RISE FOR 40 MINUTES -COAT THEM WITH MILK -BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 200°C FOR 15 MINUTES -REMOVE FROM THE OVEN -IN A SMALL BOWL MIX UNTIL SMOOTH THE CREAM CHEESE,ICING SUGAR,MELTED BUTTER AND 2 TSP MILK -SPREAD IT ONTO THE ROLLS -SERVE AND ENJOY
