Our Cheshire & Merseyside Public Health Systems Leadership event took place in March 2025 to provide the opportunity for colleagues from across the subregion's public health community to gain key insights on systems leadership ideas and approaches. This workshop addresses key ideas on behaviours, relationships and shared purpose and enables you to hear more about local system experiences. The session was facilitated by Debbie Sorkin, National Director of Systems Leadership from The Leadership Centre and guest speakers include Dr Ruth Hussey CB, OBE, DL, Non Executive Member, NHS Cheshire and Merseyside and Esther Hindley, Principal Public Health Programme Officer from Knowsley Council.
