I love both the red bean and black sesame flavors! . 食材 Ingredients▼ ○油皮 Water Dough 中筋麵粉 130 g all-purpose flour, 130 g 糖 10 g sugar, 10 g 油 35 g oil, 35 g 熱水 25 g hot water, 25 g 冷水 55 g cold water, 55 g 鹽 1/4 小匙 salt, 1/4 tsp ○油酥 Oil Dough 中筋麵粉 80 g all-purpose flour, 80 g 油 40 g oil, 40 g ○內餡 Filling 紅豆泥 120 g red bean paste, 120 g 黑芝麻粉 60 g black sesame powder, 60 g 糖 30 g sugar, 30 g ○表面 Topping 糖 10 g sugar, 10 g 水 30 g water, 30 g 白芝麻粒 一小碗 white sesame . ■中文完整圖文食譜: https://bit.ly/4bBqqDy . 步驟 Instructions▼ . ●Making the Water Dough 1. Add flour, sugar, salt, and oil to a mixing bowl. 2. Mix well using chopsticks. 3. Add hot water. 4. Mix well using chopsticks. 5. Add cold water. 6. Mix well using chopsticks. 7. Switch to using your hands and knead until a dough forms. 8. Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. . ●Making the Oil Dough 9. In a mixing bowl, add flour and oil. 10. Mix well using chopsticks. . ●Making the Filling 11. In a mixing bowl, add black sesame powder and sugar. 12. Mix well. . ●Making the Syrup 13. In a small bowl, add water and sugar. 14. Mix well. . ◆30 min. later◆ ●Preheating the Oven to 450℉/230℃ 15. Place the water dough on the baking mat. 16. Roll out into a rectangle. 17. Place the oil dough on top of the water dough. 18. Spread out the oil dough evenly. 19. Roll up from the bottom. 20. Divide it into 12 portions. 21. Take one piece of dough at a time. 22. Gently stretch the dough to twice its width. 23. Fold the dough in half. 24. Pinch the two ends together. 25. Roll out to a round shape. 26. Place a teaspoon of sesame filling in the center. 27. Wrap and pinch the seam closed. 28. Dip the smooth side of the filled dough into the syrup. 29. Then dip into the white sesame. 30. Place on the baking sheet lined with baking paper. 31. Slightly press down the dough. 32.
