ICA 75th Anniversary Tribute: A Documentary Celebration Premiered in preview form at the ICA25 Opening Plenary in Denver, this documentary celebrates 75 years of the International Communication Association. Produced by ICA Headquarters in collaboration with videographer Maia Rosenfeld, and enriched by historical insights from David Park (Communication History Division), the film traces ICA’s evolution—from its early years to its role today as the leading global association for communication scholars. Developed alongside the ICA Archives at the Annenberg School for Communication, University of Pennsylvania, the video captures personal reflections from Fellows, Past Presidents, Board members, and emerging scholars from around the world. Through archival materials, member interviews, and contemporary footage from recent conferences, it provides a vivid portrait of ICA’s past, present, and future.
