I breakdown my issues before the whole30 diet and my results after doing this paleo elimination diet for 30 days. The results were more than just what I was eating while doing the whole30. I ended up losing 5lbs off this diet and it was right in the place I needed most! I read It Starts with Food by Dallas and Melissa Hartwig and this REALLY set me on the path to CARE about my health, because I was equipped with the knowledge to handle making better decisions.
