The 'Negreira case' continues to make waves in the world of football. The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) recently announced that it has appeared in the procedure of the case, once the complaint by the Prosecutor's Office for payments from FC Barcelona to the former Vice President of the Technical Committee of Referees, José María Enríquez Negreira, has been admitted for processing by the Investigating Court number 1 of Barcelona.[0] The entity chaired by Luis Rubiales recalled that it is collaborating from the outset with the competent authorities to make the work of the investigation as easy as possible.[1] He also asked for the necessary and advisable serenity to reduce the climate of tension that has been created towards the arbitration group, since the application of justice requires time and to prove those facts that can be considered illegal. The RFEF has sent the report of the Federation's Integrity Department and all the documentation that supports the letter to the UEFA Integrity Director.[2] The report has also been transferred to the CSD, with a copy to FC Barcelona and the CTA.[3] The importance of Albert Soler in the case is due to his work after leaving FC Barcelona, especially due to his governmental responsibility from the Higher Sports Council.[4] For this reason, the Federation has decided that it will take the appropriate legal actions and will add the possible crimes of prevarication, bribery and falsification of a public document in the 'Negreira case'.[4] Xavier Estrada Fernández from Lleida, who denounced Enríquez Negreira and his son, will once again be the main VAR referee this weekend at Cádiz-Getafe after responding to the CTA circular on the third requirement.[5] The CTA is committed to joint actions to defend its honor, and the RFEF is calling for the necessary and advisable serenity to reduce the climate of tension that has been created towards the arbitration group. 0.
