RFEF Appears in 'Negreira Case' and Calls for Serenity

The 'Negreira case' continues to make waves in the world of football. The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) recently announced that it has appeared in the procedure of the case, once the complaint by the Prosecutor's Office for payments from FC Barcelona to the former Vice President of the Technical Committee of Referees, José María Enríquez Negreira, has been admitted for processing by the Investigating Court number 1 of Barcelona.[0] The entity chaired by Luis Rubiales recalled that it is collaborating from the outset with the competent authorities to make the work of the investigation as easy as possible.[1] He also asked for the necessary and advisable serenity to reduce the climate of tension that has been created towards the arbitration group, since the application of justice requires time and to prove those facts that can be considered illegal.
