Spinach Mutton Curry also known as #PalakGosht is a popular North Indian Meat Recipe which uses goat's meat and spinach. My recipe for Spinach Mutton Curry of #PalakMuttonCurry is slightly different form the usual fare, since it does not use excessive amounts of spinach to overpower the dish and ruin it's flavours. In my recipe I use less amount of spinach and also the nutrients of the spinach are not lost due to overcooking it. This is a very flavourful and hearty dish and can be cooked with lamb meat as well and goes very well with chappatis, Tandoori Rotis and even rice.
