Stretch Routine • Cat–Cow – 6–8 reps • Hamstring Stretch – 30 sec (2 sets) • Hip Stretch – 30 sec each side (2 sets) • Downward Dog – 20 sec • Upper Body Stretch – 20–30 sec • Hip Opener Stretch – 20–30 sec each side • Hamstring Stretch – 20 sec • Neck Rolls – 20 sec This routine is beginner-friendly and designed to support flexibility, posture, and muscle recovery.
