I'm going to walk you guys through a beginner's parallel bar routine. So when you're doing any routine you need a mount, some skills in the middle, and a dismount. Yuri was a former gymnast, he's going to show us how to do a routine. And what he's going to do, he's going to do a glide kip. Then he's going to do a press handstand. Then he's going to do swings, a pirouette, some more support swings, and a back toss, which is considered a dismount. So that is a basic parallel bar routine and we're going to watch him do it now. All right, here he is going to mount, he's going to salute to the judges, now he's swinging, that's called a glide kip, on an L-hold now, he's pressing into a handstand position, he's doing support swings now in full extensions, the handstand, a nice pirouette, that's a one bar handstand. That's extremely difficult, another pirouette and a back toss dismount. Very nice.
