🌿 A Monday of Gentle Practice (01/26/2026) | A Letter to Myself Today, even with a delayed sleep schedule, I began the day without losing my center. Amid the emotional waves of yesterday, I remained calm, grounded, and embraced each moment with a spirit of Non-attachment (無心). The entire day felt like a quiet training ground — and in it, I learned how to love myself a little more deeply. With the intention to live through Non-attachment (無心), Effortless Action (無爲), and No-self (無我), I answered life’s questions with love and committed once again to making purity my identity. It wasn't about becoming "that person" someday — it was a day where I realized, in this very moment, I am already becoming. I hold myself gently, knowing I lived today with presence. And within that quiet, I gather peace — not from stillness, but from grace in the noise.
