Have you ever been so busy that you've forgotten to eat? Maybe you cut down your eight hours of sleep for a few days, or your hobbies became neglected? When we're busy, it's not uncommon for wellbeing to slip down the list of priorities - that is, unless you consciously ensure it stays atop your list, as high in priority as, say, a tight work deadline or caring for others such as children or elderly family members. When we care for our wellbeing, we perform better. That's something that presenter, CEO and integrative counsellor Alex Legouix has found during her career. After an accident left her in the hospital receiving stitches, she knew that it was the universe telling her to stop and slow down, and focus on prioritising her health.
