I have been craving this dinner for a REALLY long time! I had so much fun with the girls in the kitchen! Roast 1 stick butter Salt & pepper Garlic salt Extra virgin olive oil Roast -Put one stick of butter in bottom of crock pot, add roast on top. -Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic salt and extra virgin olive oil to top of roast. -Cook on high for two hours. -Turn over roast. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic salt and extra virgin olive oil to top of roast. Cook another two hours. -Total cook time is around 4-4.5 hours or until roast falls apart. Mac & Cheese Casserole 1 box elbow noodles 2 blocks extra sharp cheddar cheese (8oz) 3 eggs 1 can evaporate milk 1 stick butter Salt and pepper -boil noodles with 1 tbsp butter and salt. -Once noodles are boiled allow noodles to sit for 45min-1hour (do not drain water). Noodles will swell and absorb water. -In 9x13 pan layer noodles, shredded cheese, noodles, shredded cheese. -In small bowl mix evaporated milk, eggs and pepper. Pour evenly over top of casserole. -Slice (in thin slices) 1 stick of butter and place on top. -Cook on 350 for 45min it until top of casserole is light brown. Glazed Carrots Carrots 1/4 cup water 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp brown sugar -Peel, trim and cut carrots into slices (at an angle) -Bring a medium pan with water, carrots, butter, and sugar to a boil. -Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for 5-8 min (until tender). Steamed Broccoli Broccoli florets 3 tbsp butter 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Himalayan salt Pepper Garlic salt -add broccoli, extra virgin olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic salt to medium pan. -cook over medium heat for 4-6 min (until lightly charred). -add 1/2 cup water, cover and cook until tender (3-4min).
