B16 - The Eucharist: Source and Summit of the Christian Life

What is the Eucharist, and why does the Church call it the source and summit of the Christian life? In this episode, we explore the mystery at the heart of the Church’s worship and the center of the Christian journey. We trace the Eucharist through salvation history — Melchizedek’s offering of bread and wine, the Passover lamb, the manna in the desert — and see how Jesus fulfills all these signs in His “bread of life” discourse, the Last Supper, and the Paschal Mystery.
