The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify the individuals, depicted in the following surveillance video excerpts, as part of an ongoing investigation into a double shooting, that occurred on Monday, March 25th, 2024, in the 1500 block of Arrott Street. One of the two male victims subsequently died from his injuries sustained during the shooting, while the second victim is expected to survive. THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA IS OFFERING A REWARD OF $20,000 LEADING TO AN ARREST AND CONVICTION FOR EVERY HOMICIDE. Suspect Description: Two black males, both approximately 6' tall and thin built. One of the males was wearing a dark jacket and hood, and the second male was wearing a black jacket over a red hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans with very distinct color markings. The third suspect is a heavy-set Black Female, who at the time of the incident was wearing a tan jacket. If you see these suspects do not approach, contact 911 immediately.
