This is what I got up to this week mostly not on my property in rural Victoria, Australia. Will and I were lucky enough to secure tickets for this year's Boxing Day cricket test at the MCG. Not only that, but as an Ashes year we got to enjoy one of sports most legendary rivalries - Australia vs. England! Will and I are both dual nationals of both countries but suffice it to say our loyalties were divided! Sadly, the following day we had to leave the fun of the city behind but less sadly, it meant a lovely pitstop at the seaside and reuniting with our cat Vita. After unpacking and settling back in, it was time to head back to the seaside for the New Years fireworks display. My opinions of them are entirely my own and based on my experiences of using them. Unless you're Husqvarna offering me a free electric ride-on lawnmower, I'm not interested in sponsorships, collaborations or gifts. I also posted photographs to: / having.a.small.time but I currently don't because I found it silly. ————————— The Small Time acknowledges and pays respect to the Gunaikurnai Nation's people on whose Land I live and work. I recognise the significant role the past and future Elders play in the existence of The Small Time and the region. I am mindful that, since sovereignty was never ceded, the Land always was and always will be Aboriginal Land.
