നല്ല രുചിയാ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കണ Instant banana rava Snack Rava - 1 ½ cup (non roasted) Jaggery - 250g Milk - 1 cup (boiled or raw) Ethapzham - 1 medium or ¾ big Water - 4 tbsp Cardamom - as per taste Salt - 2 pinches Coconut oil Hi everyone, today I am here with an easy and delicious snack recipe which you can make in no time.. For the first step, add 1 1/2 cup of Rava and one cup of milk in a bowl and set it aside to soak. While the milk is getting soaked by the Rava, add 250 g of jaggery along with 4 tablespoons of water in a saucepan and heat it until the jaggery melts completely into a syrup and then turn off the flame. Next, heat some oil in a pan and fry some coconut flakes until the coconut flakes turn golden brown in colour and then remove it from oil. To prepare the batter for the snack, add the milk soaked rava into the jar of a mixer grinder along with the jaggery syrup which has cooled down along with three by fourth of a large banana.. The riper the banana, the sweeter and the better. After adding all these ingredients into the mixer grinder, add a few pots of cardamom or a little cardamom powder as per your taste preference and grind it into a smooth paste and transfer it back into a bowl.. Next, add the fried coconut flakes into this batter and 2 pinches of salt and mix everything really well. With this, our batter is ready to be fried, you need not leave it to rest. You can either use a walk or use an unniyappam chatty to make the snacks.. Here, I am going to fry this in a walk, in some coconut oil by pouring a little batter into the oil using a spoon, as you can see in the video. Try this on a medium low flame until golden brown and crispy on the outside and spongy on the inside. Once done, transfer it into a serving plate and enjoy..!!
