Fall Foliage on The Stourbridge Line

Honesdale, PA is known as the "Birthplace of American Railroading", home of the Stourbridge Lion, the first commercial steam locomotive to run on American rails. The town is also home to The Stourbridge Line, a 25-mile shortline railroad between Honesdale and Lackawaxen, PA. They run tourist excursions throughout the year, and in October of 2015, a weekday visit was made to see the "Lackawaxen Limited" running the length of the line in fall foliage. This was the first year the railroad ran in a few years, and it has been running faithfully ever since.
